By accessing and using Sellibly HQ ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Platform's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Description

Sellibly HQ provides a marketplace for buying and selling digital assets, specifically social media accounts and creator services. We act as an intermediary to facilitate safe transactions but do not own the assets listed unless explicitly stated.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to the registration data.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees and Payments

Sellibly HQ charges a service fee for each successful transaction. This fee is deducted from the final sale price before funds are released to the seller.

• Buyers pay the listed price plus any applicable processing fees.
• Sellers receive the sale price minus the platform commission (typically 10-15%).
• All payments must be made through our approved escrow channels.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the seller fails to deliver the agreed asset or if the asset significantly differs from the description. Once the buyer confirms receipt and verifies the asset, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sellibly HQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
