Seller Rules & Guidelines

⚠️ Important Warning

Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending funds. We take marketplace integrity very seriously.

1. Listing Accuracy

✅You must accurately represent your account's metrics (followers, engagement, revenue).
✅Screenshots must be recent (within last 7 days) and unedited.
❌Do not hide account warnings, strikes, or shadowbans.

2. Ownership & Verification

✅You must be the sole owner of the account you are selling.
✅You must be able to verify ownership by posting specific content or showing backend access.
❌Selling hacked, stolen, or "shared" accounts is strictly prohibited and illegal.

3. Communication & Transactions

✅All communication must happen within the Sellibly HQ chat system or approved WhatsApp groups.
✅You must respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours.
❌Asking for payment outside of Sellibly HQ (e.g., "PayPal me directly") is an instant ban.

4. Delivery & Transfer

✅You must provide full access (email, password, 2FA codes) upon admin instruction.
✅You must assist the buyer in securing the account (changing email/phone).
❌Recovering an account after selling it is fraud. We will pursue legal action.

5. Prohibited Items

You cannot sell accounts related to:

❌ Illegal Content

Drugs, weapons, criminal activity

❌ Adult Content

Pornography or explicit material

❌ Hate Speech

Racism, extremism, harassment

❌ Scams/Fraud

Phishing, fake giveaways, Ponzi schemes
